Program 6.4 integrates grassroots emergency disaster response with advanced civil and environmental engineering solutions. This includes community-managed disaster early warning systems, solar-powered reverse osmosis desalination plants, and landmark industrial-scale rainwater harvesting systems developed in strategic technical partnership with WaterAid Bangladesh.
